So why Dashel Drasher scored so high? His Ascot form is 1, 1, 1, 1. including the Ascot Chase. This is his first run back after a break which is a concern as his stats coming off a break are 3, 2, 3. and although he has won on this ground his best form is on softer ground, so he will want to rain to fall. He beat both Master Tommytucker and Bennys King in the Ascot Chase, but this time both do come in with a run behidn them. However, his course form is solid and he will run well.  Lostingtranslation has had a wind op since the last time we saw him. He is another who probably wants the rain to come but he is a Betfair Chase winner, and the ground wont be an issue.   1st Smarty Wild 7/2 - 50 2nd Lust For Glory 16/1 - 35 3rd Pilbara 25/1 - 30 This system was done by mistake, i was supposed to be doing Saturdays race at the same time. I didnt check the race name! So thought i would write it up as i have done it now.  Smarty Wild came top here and quite nicely too. His last win came at Kempton where he beat Pistol Whipped, who happens to be running in the race on Saturday i was supposed to do. Although it was a class lower that today the average rated was 135 and today its a class higher but the average is 132. He is 4lb higher than that win. He will love this ground with stats of 1, 1, 1, 16, 6, 3, 4, 1, and over fences at Ascot he is 3, 3.  Lust For Glory wears cheekpieces for the first time, and she is a winner on this ground before, but her form is a bit in and out with a refuse to race last time.   1st Glory And Fortune 14/1 - 70 2nd Adagio 12/1 - 65 2nd Camprond 16/1 - 65 3rd Ballyandy 25/1 - 60 3rd Mount Windsor 80/1 - 60 4th Jesse Evans 4/1 - 55 Most the times when i do a system i dont know the prices, i prefer not to. It doesnt sway me because the stats dont change, its's just easier. 2 things surprised me about this system, one that Jesse Evans didnt top the list, and 2nd that Glory And Fortune did. Because i remember Jesse Evans popping up quite a few times but Glory & Fortune was slow and steady. Because, a horse stands out i presume its favourite, and Jesse Evans has been backed heavily, i can say im not surprised. And its why when i saw he was 4th on the list i wanted to post him up just to say he had good stats. Ill bfriefly look at him further on.
