  1st Knockanore 15/2 - 70 2nd Mr Vango 7/1 - 45 3rd Anglers Crag 7/2 - 35   Knockanore won this last year and Anglers Crag the previous year, so i can see why they have scored well here. Thanks to Mr Vango being in the race though, Knockanore carries 2lb less than when winning last year. We know there are several boxes ticked, so he could go very well. Mr Vango is such a warrior, he stays he jumps for fun, the track will suit. If on song he will take a lot of beating, but he does have a big weight to carry all this distance. Its a big ask for him.  Anglers Crag won this in 2024 so once again, we know he stays, they ground should suit and he wont mind rain. He could run well again.  My Selection: Knockanore 15/2

  1st Largy Poet 5/1 - 55 2nd Art Decco 11/2 - 50 3rd Jubilee Express 11/4 - 45 3rd Gold Clermont 12/1 - 45   As you can see, this race is extremely close.  Largy Poet just pipped it in the stats, which is a worry as he is top weight, luckily Paul Nicholls has employed the services of the very useful Freddie Keighley who claims a valuable 7lb. He is 2/2 at Exeter so thats a positive, he also won on heavy here which is helpful seeing as the conditions will be testing. His stats on heavy are 1, 1, 2. There are a lot of boxes ticked here, except this distance, but he looks like he needs a big stamina a test. The addition of blinkers for the first time is notable.   Art Decco won this last year, so we know conditions and distance are fine, along with the course. The biggest worry is that he is 6lb higher however, with Largy Poet in here, Art Decco gets to carry 1lb less than he did last year. Don't rule him out!
