The Novice Tipster Club is bringing you a special chance to join them during the Cheltenham Festival, 12 th March – 16 th March 2013 The Club has been established 4 months already, and has been profitable already.  Realising that The Cheltenham Festival is such a special event, we are opening our doors to anyone who would like to join us for those fantastic 4 days. Certainly worth a e/w bet Todays Nap 16:20 Sedgefield - Tahiti Pearl 7/4 I like this horse, caught my eye when winning against Ros Castle in Novemeber, and really has done nothing wrong since. Up 5lb since last win, but still 12lb less than the 2 top weights here. Only has 3 rivals today altough Riskier has a great chance too. Both run well fresh. Woody Waller has been off for nearly a year, while Tara Royal is the type of horse that needs a run after a break. Riskier might need slightly further, while Tahiti Pearl is running at his optimal distance.

Darlan - suffered a heavy fall A black cloud descended over racing today, in what should of been an exciting day of racing took a cruel twist, when Darlan took a heavy fall, then followed by another death of  Mujamead an hour later and at Wolverhampton Desert Vision broke down too. All 3 horses were good in their own right, although Darlan was a champion in the making, the loss of any of them is a bitter pill to swallow. Darlan, who was 2nd favourite for the Champion Hurdle, had been traveling very well in the slip-stream of Rock On Ruby and Countrywide Flame, after 2 out AP made his move, but disaster struck at the last. And then, there was shocked silence. Everyone who witnessed the fall knew it for what it was, a horrific fatal fall. And not even the hardend man didn't shed a tear.  I could not tell you without looking, how well Rock On Ruby won, or by how far, the only reason i knew is because, in the background i vaguely remember the result being announced. I did have Desert Vision (4:55 wolves) to be my nap, but at 4/11 the odds are too short. I think Saharia should win easily, Royal Deal has every chance as long as the blinkers do their job, Shaker Style is riskier but a nice 4th over hurdles 2 races ago over further gives him a chance, they got him back to shorter and i am not sure that suited. So 1m 5f could see an good improvement. I just wanted to mention the main event today. Only 2 horses of interest really, Clerk's Choice has no hope, and probably just in it to pick up some prize money, 4th will bag him just under £1000. Countrywide Flame although a pretty decent horse, was out of his league against Darlan last time out, although i think the slow pace contributed to that, he might perform a little

Earlier in the day Aeriel has a cracking chance, but i want to concentrate on Salubrious. Firstly he needs the better ground, and Good to Soft  is much better than the heavy ground he encountered last time out, combined with the extra furlong, i think it was just too much, but if you go back to the race before that on soft ground, i think he was a very creditable 2nd to At Fishers Cross, who is flying latel
