Albasharah 7:30 York - Albasharah 11/8 (nap) Hood applied today, She was only beat 3/4L over 1m 4f in the G2 Lancashire Oaks, by the very highly rated Emirates Queen. The time before that at Ascot, she was very badly hampered that she found herself at the back of the field around 2f out, but she rallied to be beaten by just over 5L. This drop back to 1m 2f is a huge positive, and she will be hard to beat. Lady's First is on my 'Horses To Watch' list, and although she has been knocking on the door, and is capable of winning a Listed race. I think Albasharah is capable of winning Group races. Kieran Fallon comes to ride Hippy Hippy Shake, it's his only ride here. Big positives on this horse.
