Spinatrix is a favourite 8:10 Market Rasen - Strongly Suggested 6/4 (nap) This came out in a system that only comes up once in a while, the system has a 80% strike rate, that coupled with the fact i had already picked him out before i saw the system results, that is the reason he is my nap.  He is 2/2 over distance and even though up 10lb for latest win, i cannot see him slowing and he will be hard to beat. 3:30 Ripon - Spinatrix 9/1 e/w (nb) - £16.25 I love this mare, she has done good by me on many occasions, and i am sticking with her again, because although she is on her highest ever rating (up 5lb for last win over c&d) she will be up there at the end. Loves Ripon, her stats here read 1, 2, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1. And although she is up 5lb in the handicap, she is carrying 6lb less in the weights than her last run here. She has also won on good ground, although would be nice if there was a little rain as good - soft would be ideal. Another not to ignore will be El Viento 1

Personally i go with a horse that has had a previous race. Most horses tend to come on from their first race. The best of those are INCHILA and Rosehill Artist, i went with Inchila, last race was a Class 2, and she had a awful time of it, hampered on several   occasions, and although had no chance of catching the winner,   managed 2 nd . Where as Rosehill Artist was unplaced in a Class 4, and ran very green, so is entitled to improve on that. Of the unraced ones Irish Tears is going to a danger Gosden/Buick combo should not be ignored. One of my systems has thrown up the following - it has a 75% strike rate so far Szabos Art 4.30 Ayr 5/6 Prospera (IRE) 8.30 Thirsk 6/4 System Picks 4:00 Ayr  1st Jeannie Galloway 7/2 - 80 1st Roker Park 9/2 - 80 2nd Salvatore Fury 4/1 - 40 2nd Boris Grigoriev  8/1- 40 Jeannie Galloway came top of the main stats, but as i am learning how to read my results, i would be silly to ignore the speed stats in these. And in the speed stats Roker Park comes top, in fact most his points have come from the speed stats. So on that alone Roker Park is the horse i would pick.
