(* class up) he won a 7f Listed race last time out by a whisker, but i think that if you look back at his run over 1m then 1m looks to suit him better on A/W over 1m he is 2/2, and his last win over 1 mile wasn't easy, as he was short for room, but when he did get it he ran on well and won nicely. There are a couple of reasons he caught my eye. Firstly i have been following a couple of runners from his last race, as it is turning out to be a hot affair. Greek Islands came 4th in that race. Finding no room about a furlong out or so, he managed to get clear and make some headway, but not being able to catch the leaders. But finishing over 1L behind him that day has been Teen Ager who has notched up 2 wins out of 2 runs since that race. 6th and 7th placed horses have both been 2nd since, Indian Violet came 2nd only today.

He is unbeaten over todays C&D 3/3. Last time out he was only beaten by 4 1/2L over 2f shorter, but his 3 wins here have come at 1m 2f, in class 6 races, his last win he was rated 65, and today he is rated the same, he also is weighted the same too. He won cosily by 2 1/4L that time, and i see no reason why that cannot be repeated again. He has been heavily backed already, was 10/1 now into 9/2
