Danehill Deserts race at hamilton was very good, the speed is the best on offer in this race from that and he was beaten by half a lentgh and the winner has since gone on to win and place again. He has obvious claims here. Bow Belles best run which was 3 races previous is well off Danehill Deserts best run. It was on Good-soft though but still improvement will be needed, that race was last year and still there have been no winners to come from that race which would be a worry. Misty Spirit actually ran well on season debut lto, and wont have to improve much to trouble Danehill Desert. A horse who was about 2L in front has since gone on to win at this level and in that race he was race fit whereas Misty Spirit had had a 200+ day break. Weekenders connections are in flying form lately, with Frankie only riding a few to keep himself safe before Royal Ascot. He is riding with a 36% strike rate and when teaming up with Gosden 67%. Weekender won at this distance at Chelmsford in May and he won very well. He seemed to find the step up in distance last time out too much and the drop back down in distance should play to his strengths.  He beat Time To Study last time out.
