1st Sire De Grugy 8/1 - 100 2nd Vaniteux 9/4 - 85 3rd Quite By Chance 13/2 - 65 Wouldn't it be wonderful to see Sire De Grugy win? i am happy to stick with him here, he certainly could on old form. Vaniteux 'should' win, but don't ignore ol' Sire De Grugy. Maybe a RFC? My Selection: Sire De Grugy 8/1

1st Yanworth 1/1 - 110 2nd Zarkander 7/2 - 75 3rd Court Minstrel 16/1 - 70 Not really a surprise is it? although Garde La Victoire and Lil Rokerfella cannot be dismissed either. Yanworth 'should' win but plenty of dangers here. My Selection: Yanworth 1/1

1st Dodging Bullets 11/4 - 70 2nd Royal Regatta 12/1 - 65 3rd Vibrato Valtat 9/1 - 60 Its a tough race, Dodging Bullets came top and should have every chance after his good comeback run My Selection: Dodging Bullets 11/4

1st Midnight Prayer 6/1 - 65 1st Firebird Flyer 13/2 - 65 2nd Three Faces West 4/1 - 60 Very close race this between these 3, the rest scored very low. Three Faces West hasn't won on the going and its going to be very cut up by this race, its a worry. Both the other 2 have won and should go well. Firebird Flyer just edges it on form of trainer and speed on heavy ground, so ill go with him, but i wouldn't put you off MP. Maybe a RFC? My Selection: Firebird Flyer 13/2

1st Seeyouatmidnight 11/2 - 90 2nd Coneygree 2/1 - 75 3rd Irish Cavalier 14/1 - 50 No secret that i think Coneygree will win this and go on to win possibly the King George and Cheltenham Gold Cup (all ante post bets of mine) he will love the going and could be hard to beat. News is he is better than ever, i am so excited to see him back. I am a big fan of the Bradstocks and Plaid Maids sons. Seeyouatmidnight, ill hold my hands up, i was suprised to see him top this. The reason is because he has run 4 times on heavy and won 3. He is a good place chance and it looks to be between him and Coneygree. RFC? I am once again sticking with my System, but im on Coneygree for the win My Selection: Seeyouatmidnight 11/2 ew & Coneygree 2/1 - win

1st Ballybolley 20/1 - 65 2nd Western Warrior 7/1 - 60 3rd Point The Way 12/1 - 50 3rd Theo's Charm 9/1 - 50 3rd Caid Du Berlais 8/1 - 50 I thought Western Warrior had come out on top, but Ballybolley just took it. He has a place on heavy but this is a step up in distance since those runs. He is in ok form and does have claims. Western Warrior and Point The Way are both unbeaten on heavy ground in 2 runs each. Western Warrior has won at 3m miles on heavy before which is what i want to see. For me Western Warrior and Point The Way could be very interesting. But i will stick with Ballybolley as his connections are in form, but WW i would go for ew as well My Selection: Ballybolley 20/1 & WW ew 7/1

1st  My Tent Or Yours 11/10 - 95 2nd Melodic Rendezvous 9/1 - 90 3rd Old Guard 2/1 - 70 Very close between the top 2 here. The reason Melodic Rendezvous scored so well is because of his stats on heavy ground. 9 runs 6 wins and 8 placed. Pretty good stats, and the only other horse who has encountered heavy ground is My Tent Or Yours, but that was 4 years ago and he was well beaten into 2nd. One other horse to point out is Old Guard who's sire's offspring have a very solid 20% strike rate on heavy ground. I think this might be between MTOY and Old Guard. I will stick with my system here, but maybe a rfc? My Selection: My Tent Or Yours 11/10

3:20 Punchestown - Minella Till Dawn 7/1 Pointed out as one to follow, won a nice P2P and should win in Bumpers Gordon Elliott   "He won a point for us at The Pigeons last March and this is his first run on the track for JP McManus. He seems like a nice horse and he'll be fit enough to do his best".

1st Loveable Helen11/1 - 90 2nd Spes Nostra 10/1 - 55 3rd Final Countdown 40/1 - 45 Lovelable Helen's rating is probably exaggerated slightly due to the fact that she has only been to Newcastle once and one over distance. This is a better class but she could have every chance. Spes Nostra is a 1lb lower than his last win and would have a chance on old form. Final Countdown loves the AW and he is a nice big price My Selection: Loveable Helen 11/1

1st Capitaine 10/11 - 85 2nd Tahira 15/2 -70 3rd Khezerabad 11/4 - 40 Actually a very tough race here. Captitaine just edged it, a few reasons, one is that the headgear applied last time seemed to have done the trick. He won so easily despite the fact he had been off the track a long time. He will be much fitter here and i think this is a horse that Nicholls has pointed out as one to watch this season. Nicholls is in form as well and the horse has a big chance. Tahira scored very high, i do think he has been flattered slightly, and i cant really see him in the top 2 here, this certainly looks like a race between Capitaine and Khezerbad. Khezerbad is obviously very highly though of. He was tried in a Grade 2 and 3 on his first and second outing. But could only get off the mark in a Class 4 Maiden. Hopefully its given him bunles of confidence however i think he needs to find something to beat Captitaine. My Selection: Capitaine 10/11

Aqua Dude - (Haydock, 14:35) 9/2 connections are excited for him to go over fences Secret Investor - (Ascot, 13:00) 5/2 Harry Derham says this will be a star and one to watch Midnight Glory - (Ffos Las, 16:05) 11/4 Trainer doesnt know how good the bumper form is but they like the horse a lot. And should win a bumper Tacenda - (Ffos Las, 16:05) 9/2 wanted a high class horse when buying her, and thats what they have. They think she can win a Listed Bumper, but is a stayer
