I feel like a broken record but there are ground question marks, but his full brother Adayar was very versatile. We know the trip will suit. Came the same route as his brother, but where his brother came 2nd,  Military Order won it. Has big claims.  The Foxes won the Dante on Good to Firm ground, so we know this will not be an issue.White Birch was 2nd that day and i remember thinking that the extra distance would suit White Birch very well, but he has a very poor stall. The Foxes full sister Perotan won over 1m6f so the trip will suit.  After the Oaks you have to think Arrest will be primed for Frankie to win! He has done little wrong, already winning 2 Group 1's. The big question mark is the trip, he hasto get an extra half a mile. But it really isnt the strongest of Derbys and he has the class. Serpentine comes in 2nd here, and its interesting not to have Mogul at the top. Serpentine has to find something here as his last race was a maiden, but he is out of a Derby winner and an Oaks 3rd, so he has potential. He won his maiden by 9L, the cheekpieces worked wonders for this horse, and similar happened the Ruler Of The World! We dont know much about him but the potential is there, takes a good horseto win a nice Maiden like that by so far. Khalifa Sat needs more, he just won a Listed race after winning a good maiden. Nothing between Madhmoon and Anthony Van Dyck. Madhmoon hasnt run over 1m so far, but i don't think it will be a problem, 5 other horses have done the 2000gns straight to the Derby and won, including Masar last year who was 3rd in the 2000gns and won the Derby, Australia was another who was 2nd then won the Derby. Not sure he handled the dip at Newmarket but stayed on up the hill to take 4th. Has a good stall and has claims at an ew price. Anthony Van Dyck won the Derby Trial at Lingfield, but that hasn't got the best record in this race with only 1 winner sin 18. That was High Rise in 1998. Most have been well beaten. But maybe Anthony Van Dyck can buck the trend. We know he stays, he has a good stall. He would be a good ew bet. Line...
