1. Paul Nicholls has sent 11 runners to Southwell and 8 have won (72.73%) and it doesn't have to be a favouite. Although he has not had a runner in May, between March - October he has had 5 runners and ALL have won. He has one tomorrow 6:05 Keltus 11/8 2. Patrick Chamings at Cheptow could be interesting, on the face of it he has sent 46 runners to race on the flat, only 7 have won (15%) However, if you dig a little then it looks a bit better. Supplicant - Richard Fahey looking forward to him running 12/10/13 by The Novice Tipster » Fri Oct 11, 2013 7:01 pm William Buick NEZAR MY BEST CHANCE ON A TOUGH FUTURE CHAMPIONS DAY CARD AT NEWMARKET There’s a slightly strange feeling about riding at my local track on Future Champions Day because for the first time in a while I’ll be in action at Newmarket on a Saturday without a ride for the boss, John Gosden. For that reason alone I don’t think it’s going to be straightforward finding a winner but it’s hopefully business as usual on Sunday at Goodwood where I’ve got some tidy rides for Clarehaven. As for Newmarket, I think my best chance of getting a result is NEZAR (4.55) in the Autumn Stakes over a mile. Although he was beaten in a Group 3 Last time when he was third to Miracle Of Medinah I’m pretty sure he’s up to winning at this grade. He’s a horse I’ve always liked since I won on him first time out at Windsor in July and we were unlu...

Straight From The Trainers Mouth Day 1 12/3/13

Straight From The Trainers Mouth Day 1 Cheltenham The Supreme Novice Hurdle My Tent Or Yours – He is a very exciting young jumper and will go to Cheltenham with high expectations. If he runs up to the Newbury form, I will be delighted. – AP McCoy He'd work at home, he doesn't need to go anywhere [for a racecourse gallop], but you wouldn't want to leave him alone for long. He goes for the Supreme. He didn't have a very hard race at Newbury. But he does need to work. You can see him there, for a young horse, he's a bull. [How good is he?] I don't know. It goes without saying, the sadness is that Darlan doesn't go there as well. It's hard to believe he isn't. You just know you're missing one and he should be there. The irony is, on the Monday you lose one and you think, where in the world are you going to replace him? And then on the Saturday, out comes that [MTOY] and suddenly looks as if he just wants to step into Darlan's s...
