Stir Trader is today NAP 7:30 Kempton - Stir Trader 12/1 e/w (will hill) (nap) Stir Trader has not been outside the top 3 in all his races, apart from one in which he was badly hampered and his chances were gone. He has only race twice over distance one was the race he was hampered and then he won the other. At Kempton his stats are 2, 3. His last race was 8f here and was beaten by 5L but that race had some very promising individuals The winner Loyalty and 2nd Guest Of Honour, has since gone on to race in higher class races and the 6th and 7th placed horse (one was Trois Valles) have recorded 2 wins and a 2nd. Homeward Strut is my nap No daily tips tomorrow as i am working on the Grand National for the Club. However i do have 1 tip, and i guess that makes it my NAP. I really like his chances, but he is risky. I’ll explain why. 5:00 Kempton – Homeward Strut   14/1 e/w Record over 6f is 2, 3**, 2*, 11* (** is class 4,*class 5 – without * is same class today   6) Record at Kempton is 2, 5. The 5 th was last time out, and the 2 nd he was beaten a neck by Fast Finian, who has since gone on to race in Class 4 races, and is doing well. Although both his wins have been over 7f, his record is good at 6f. The 11 th place is something i think we can ignore as he had been off the track for 6months and obviously needed the run. His last race, he was 5 th here over 7f in a higher class, beaten 6 and a quarter lengths. But i think i found him. Robin Hoods Bay has been pretty progressive recently on the a/w. Looking at his previous races, his last race was the Winter Derby, where he was beaten by half a length to Faraaj, who i rate. They both broke the track record that day, and it was a pretty impressive run. The previous record holder was Planteur who broke it a couple of weeks previous, beating Milbish by a neck.
