1st Sacred 7/1 - 70 2nd Alcohol Free 7/1 - 45 2nd Fev Rover 16/1 - 45 3rd Star Of Emaraaty 66/1 - 40 First i want to point out, as i am someone who enjoys looking at Stall stats. Well Santa Barbara has had only 1 winner from stall 1 (2%) which is pretty poor. A good horse may overcome this but i feel this is a disadvantage.  Sacred was well clear here and its very encouraging. She has some great form in Group races last year but she was well beaten in the Cheveley Park and the trainer says she had, had enough that season, it was a race too much. She came back stronger and better and won the Nell Gwyn last time out at the track and beat the unbeaten Saffron Beach (scored 30)who had only run at this track. Sacred is now 1, 8, 1 at this track and this step up in distance looks to suit here. She has every chance.  Alcohol Free won the Cheveley Park Stakes that Scared failed to fire in, and she won nicely. Then she came back from a break and won the Fred Darling, where she b...

1st Master Of The Seas 11/1 - 100 2nd One Ruler 10/1 - 75 3rd Chindit 16/1 - 55 3rd Lucky Vega 16/1 - 55 I would like to think this has it correct as Masters Of The Seas came top by quite a bit. For me although trends say its not essential because 9 of the last 23 winners have run at Newmarket and of those 9, 5 have won here before they come to this race. I mention this because the dip at Newmarket can catch horses out, and Master Of The Seas has run twice at the track and won both, over 7f and 1m. He won the Craven Stakes last time out. He did have a run in Meydan in February where he was not beaten far by race fit Naval Crown. He was beaten by both Thunder Moon and Wembley in the National Stakes, but both of these have been beaten at Newmarket.  One Ruler is another winner at Newmarket. He won a Group 3 over C&D on soft ground and he will certainly appreciate this better ground. He ran a cracker last time out on heavy ground where just beaten in the Futurity Trophy. Th...
