Gracchus De Balme scored really well here. Probably because he won this last year so he ticks a lot of boxes, He won this last year after pulling up at Leicester, and this time he pulled up at Cheltenham. Again he has had 2 runs before this race also. There is no reason not to think he will go well again. 

Gaboriot wears headgear for the first time and thats noticable. His stats at 2m 5f over this course is UR, 3, 2. Can he make it a 1 as well. The UR was on heavy ground, the 3 and 2 were on Good to Soft. The ground is fine, i think if it dries out thats possibly a good thing for him. He is interesting. 

Famous Clermont won this back in 2023, and pulled up last year when he bled from the nose, he does follow the same route as last year with a win in a p2p. When he won he went to Cheltenham before. There is nothing to suggest he is not the same horse as when he won this in 2023, and as long as there are no bleeding issues, he could go well.

Fan De Blues, Barton Snow, Java Point and Snipe all scored 30

I will stick to Gracchus De Balme here at a nice price.
