I didnt like this system, not too much going on. Daily Present was top, he has won this last year but is carrying 8lb more. However, we know he likes the track, the ground and trip are perfect. Why not?

Weveallbeencaught has some good form at Cheltenham, the going is ok and the trip, 4th in this last year and carrying 1lb more. 

Kings Threshold will love the ground and trip. Not ran well at Cheltenham on his only visit, however that was after a break, and he tends to need the run, so I'm inclined to ignore that as stats suggest he will go well ok at the track.

Daily Present has it to do but as a previous winner, I'm happy to stick with him

  1st Mr Vango 7/1 - 55 2nd O'Connell 7/1 - 45 2nd Nassalam 22/1 - 45   3 horses on 40 - Haiti Couleurs, Monbeg Genius and Collectors Item. Mr Vango came clear here the rest were all very close indeed.  Mr Vango is so consistent he will stay all day, he jumps well, the ground will be fine, although he would probably prefer some rain. He has never been to Chepstow, but his stats suggest the track will not be an issue. The only slight negative would be the quick turn around from his last race.  O'Connell  is very similar to Mr Vango in that he stays, the ground in his case is perfect, my only negative is in 7 attempts he has not won going left-handed and only placed once. He definitely prefers right-handed tracks. If that doesn't inconvenience him, he will have a chance. Nassalam has not been the same horse of late. Since winning this race in 2023 he has only completed a race once in 6 tries, with 5 P's next to his name. It does mean because of that he has slipped...
