Looking at Art Decco first as he was 2nd in this last year off 4lb lower, and he won over C&D in Feburary off the same mark. He will want the rain to fall here and the softer the better, he is a real mudlark. I also noticed that he seems to need his run back after a break with his stats being 7, 3, 2, 6. The 2 was in this race, and the 6 was back in October this year, so hopefully we will see an improved performance. He can run well here. 

Puddlesinthepark seems quite versatile ground wise. My concern with him is the track, he has run at Exeter before and was well beaten, i'd normally not worry too much but his other stats point towards him being a much better horse going left handed and on flatter tracks, in 7 attempts on undulating tracks he has never won, although placed twice. He should like the distance though and he has been in the form of his life this year, so you never know. He could definitely place with his light weight. 

Now Moroder, was a clear bold winner in the stats, so i was shocked to see him the outsider of the 7. His recent form is a big concern, since his last win in March this year. Ok so what we do know on previous form is, he is versatile ground wise, although i suspect good ground is something he would prefer. He is absolutely fine with the track and is actually a C&D winner. His Exeter stats are 3, 6, 1, 1, 1, PU, the 3, 6, and PU were all after a break,  and his stats after a break are 3, PU, 6, PU, PU, PU, 1, 6. His 2nd run back is also similar but on his 3rd run which this is, his stats are 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 7, 1. So the potential is there. Yes i am definitely concerned about his recent form, he is 11 now. Only 2 years ago he was rated 140, now only 125. All his wins come from 113 to 131. 

I will go with my system, i think that IF and it is an IF, he find his old form of running well on the 3rd run back after a break then he could run very well. I think Art Decco could go well also.
