25/10/25 2:20 Cheltenham System

1st Hyland 13/2 - 45

1st Transmission 8/1 - 45

2nd Manothepeople 16/1 - 35

2nd Inch House 22/1 - 35

Hyland and Transmission came clear together, and nothing is splitting them.

Hyland runs off the mark he last ran when 2nd at Kempton. He didn't stay in the National so that run can be ignored. His stats at Cheltenham are 1, 14, 1, 1, and over fences it's 1, 1. Ground is perfect and so is the distance. He does run well fresh, just one worry for him is that he needs a career best to win this. It's not out the question

Transmissions last 5 races have all been at Cheltenham, which ended at the Festival in March, where he came 5th over 3m 6f.  I think he would probably prefer the ground to dry out a little, which is a worry as its raining there now and although Saturday will be clear, can it dry out in time? Distance is perfect for him and he can run ok back from a break, but he was beaten by Hyland by 15L when both were making their season debut over course and half a furlong shorter. There was 12lb between them last time and 15lb this time, im not sure 3lb will make much difference to a reverse in result.

Manofthepeoples form at Cheltenham is 1, PU, 5, 1. the ground is fine and so is the distance, i think funnily enough that coming here fresh is the best time to catch him, as he has put some good solid runs in after a holiday. He could be a nice ew bet

Inch House  is capable, but something has happened since his fall at Ayr because he completely lost his form. He is lightly raced, and he ground and track will suit. He has a long abscence to come back from and im not sure if he isnt a horse who needs a run, but i dont think you could rule out an ew bet

I am going with Hyland only for the fact that he and Transmission are both top and Hyland beat Transmission last October with ease and despite a 3lb less gap between them, im not convinced its enough.

My Selection: Hyland 13/2
