1st Gemirande 50/1 - 55

1st Ginnys Destiny 20/1 - 55

2nd Eldorado Allen 25/1 - 45

2nd Latenightpass 16/1 - 45

3rd Ga Law 25/1 - 40

 

This was a really close race. Gemirande i thought was going to runaway with the scoring but Ginnys Destony snuck up

Gemirande will love the going and the distance, is much better going left handed rather than right, so keep that in mind when looking at his last run.  He needs a career best run, but this is over the National fences, so you just dont know what will happen. 

Ginnys Destiny has a couple of question marks but he has some fancy form. The going he would probably prefer softer, but the distance is spot on. He has some headgear and a tongue tie added to try and get some more improvement. He might go ok. Just depends on how he takes to the fences

Eldorado Allen is another im not quite sure about 0/5 at Aintree and that includes 20th last year in the National over the fences. I think this trip is possibly a bit better. Ground is fine. 

Latenightpass is 12 now, but he showed he is as good as ever with a 2nd in the Cross Country at Cheltenham.  Trip and going are perfect and he has faced these fences before so he knows whats what. He could go well

Ga Law might prefer it to dry a little more but the going is ok and Aintree should be fine for him also. 

I know i havent gone into lots of details here, but for me Gemirande is very interesting and id take a chance on Ginnys Destiny as well with the headgear fitted.

4:00 The Grand National  1st Vanillier 10/1 - 60 2nd Minello Indo 25/1 - 55 3rd I Am Maximus 13/2 - 50 4th Chantry House 100/1 - 45 5th Bravemansgame 50/1 - 40   This system has done very well for National horses in the past, however it is important to bare in mind that this is all based on stats and trends. So a horse who has won the race before is slightly favoured. So it does come as a little shock that Vanillier came top.  Vanillier was 2nd in this race in 2023 off 147, and why im highlighting this race as that day it was good to soft that day as it will be on Saturday, he is rated 147 this time and in 2023 he carried 10st 6lb. Everything is the same as 2023, the only difference is he is 2 years older. His run last time out was much better than the 3rd, as they jockey nearly took the wrong course and dropped right back in the field.
