Shocking race really, but a clear stats winner.

Sainte Ladylime came second to the classy La Bague Au Roi in a Grade 2, and the 4th in that race has since won a Grade 2. So its some good form. If she can run to that form, she will have massive claim here.

Salmanazar badly needed his run last time out and might just need this as well. Based on old form he has ew claims.

Book Of Gold has Cheekpieces on today and also ran a good race last time out, think he has a better chance than Salmanazar here.

Booking of Bryony Frost suggest Connetable is Paul Nicholls choice here, and you would expect him to go well

  1st Corach Rambler 11/2 - 85 2nd Delta Work 18/1 - 60 3rd Galia Des Liteaux 25/1 - 50 3rd Aint That A Shame 50/1 - 50 3rd Chambard 66/1 - 50 3rd Noble Yeats 16/1 - 50 (FYI 4th Vanillier & Mac Tottie 45, 5th Nassalam, Limerick Lace, Run Wild Fred 40. 6th Latenightpass, Minella Indo & Eklat De Rire 35) I kind of feel disappointed that only one horse i like got into the top here. It does contain 2 previous winners of the race and after doing the system, i will conceed that Corach Rambler has a massive chance to follow up here, however we all saw the effort he put in at Cheltenham, it blew me away and it was well reported exactly how tired he was after the race. That worries me as it wasnt that long ago, althougth everything points to another very good run.
