26/12/17 3:05 Kempton - King George VI Chase System

1st Might Bite 11/8 - 85
2nd Thistlecrack 6/1 - 75
2nd Tea For Two 25/1 - 75
3rd Whisper 15/2 - 45

Might Bite just topped this in what was quite close at the top. Onenotable absentee from the list is Bristol De Mai who scored 10!! yes just 10. Why you may ask? well because at the moment the ground is probably against him. He needs the heavens to open and so far the forecast isnt for much rain. If it does rain A LOT then this probably would change and he would sneak into the top 3.

Might Bite has a lot going for him, and like a lot of the field they won't want it to rain. Might Bite probably would want good, but not softer than good-soft. He beat Froden on his seasonal debut by an impressive 8L. Might Bite fell at the last over C&D in the Kauto Star Novice chase he last year. He was cruising when falling and should really have been a 1 agaisnt his name in that race. Anyway that is a might have, he is the one to beat and i had him at 3/1 ante post.

Thistlecrack won this race last year. In my opinion and based on stats was a very weak affair last year his opposition were horses who were beyond their prime. This year they are all in their prime. Also his last run was miserable. Yes he was coming back after a lenghty absence but he should have been closer. 2nd place horse was well beaten today in his next race. He has a big task on his hands. is he up to it?

Tea For Two will be happier on this better ground he could run ok, and has run well at Kempton before. He was well beaten by Thistlecrack in this last year.

Whipser has been running out of his skin lately, not sure he will beat Might Bite though, but he certainly has been in great form

My Selection: Might Bite 11/8
