1:50 Air Horse One 7/2 & 2:25 High Bridge 3/1

Their last race really does intrigue me greatly. Both on their seasonal debuts, they came 4th and 3rd respectively.

I will start with the race, it was the William Hill Handicap Hurdle (Listed) with prize money of over £34000, so a good strong race of 13 runners. The 1st and 2nd home had both had runs already this season and Air Horse One and High Bridge both probably needed the race.

So what's special about the race?

The 1st, 2nd, 5th and 10th have all gone on to win their next race. Elgin won a Grade 3 next time out. The 7th ad 8th have also gone on to place in thier next races. That's exceptional form. Both horses were beaten 2L by Elgin, who as i say was race fit. Elgin's next race he beat a race fit Old Guard by nearly 5L. Old Guard meets Air Horse One today, and based on that run, Air Horse One should easily beat him.

Its not going to be easy. High Bridge takes on Charli Parcs, but Charli Parcs makes his seasonal debut, so High Bridge has fitness on his side, Both trainers are in great form and you would expect both horses to run big races.

It does contain 2 previous winners of the race and after doing the system, i will conceed that Corach Rambler has a massive chance to follow up here, however we all saw the effort he put in at Cheltenham, it blew me away and it was well reported exactly how tired he was after the race. That worries me as it wasnt that long ago, althougth everything points to another very good run.
