1st Indomeneo 5/4 - 50
1st General Marius 3/1 - 50
2nd Dark Blue 16/1 - 16/1

Not too much to say about this as not much stats to go on. If General Marius had, had a run already then i would be all over him, as Varian and SDS have a good strike rate here, and with Novices, but not Novices with no runs previously.

Indomeneo is the horse to beat though, if liking the soft ground. Dark Blue will not mind the going. and he has chances, becuase his previous runs have been on firmer ground.

For me it between these 3. I will go with Indomeneo due to the fact the horse has had a few runs and has the experience.

  1st Corach Rambler 11/2 - 85 2nd Delta Work 18/1 - 60 3rd Galia Des Liteaux 25/1 - 50 3rd Aint That A Shame 50/1 - 50 3rd Chambard 66/1 - 50 3rd Noble Yeats 16/1 - 50 (FYI 4th Vanillier & Mac Tottie 45, 5th Nassalam, Limerick Lace, Run Wild Fred 40. 6th Latenightpass, Minella Indo & Eklat De Rire 35) I kind of feel disappointed that only one horse i like got into the top here. It does contain 2 previous winners of the race and after doing the system, i will conceed that Corach Rambler has a massive chance to follow up here, however we all saw the effort he put in at Cheltenham, it blew me away and it was well reported exactly how tired he was after the race. That worries me as it wasnt that long ago, althougth everything points to another very good run.
