Astronomy's Choice  has big boots to fill, but she won her maiden well, although not winning that far, they pulled clear of the others, and she raced like a professional. She got caught for speed, but dug in and Frankie gave her a tap of the whip and she accelerated, showing that she needed further than the 7f. Where as the second horse, who was race fit was going flat out. There certainly looked like there was a lot more to come from this filly. 

If you look at Taghrooda's form, she came into this on the back of a C4 Maiden win over 1m. AC come's off the back of a C2 Maiden, so they must think highly of this one. All their winners have only won a Class 4 or 5 Maiden, but the difference is all of his winners had won over 1m or further, and AC is the first one who hasn't. However Taghrooda and Swiss Range both won at Newmarket before they came here for this race. Course form is a big bonus.

And who knows, if she wins this then 33/1 for the Oaks will vanish

It does contain 2 previous winners of the race and after doing the system, i will conceed that Corach Rambler has a massive chance to follow up here, however we all saw the effort he put in at Cheltenham, it blew me away and it was well reported exactly how tired he was after the race. That worries me as it wasnt that long ago, althougth everything points to another very good run.
