Really short for time today so am posting my shortlist. 5 main tips and a list of top e/w tips


3:15 York - Parbold 4/1 (nap)

I am sticking with this boy, stuck with Broxbourne on day 1 and she won, so i am hoping this horse will pay his way today. Parbold did not seem to get on with the sharp track at Goodwood last time, but he did stay on strongly at the end, but he certainly didn't show what he could. He has won here are York on soft ground over today distance on his debut, so the track will suit and he will not mind the rain. He might just be able to show what he is really about, and that is a horse with a lot of speed. They will be racing him handy today, so those tactics could turn around his fortunes, by not leaving him so much to do.

  1st Corach Rambler 11/2 - 85 2nd Delta Work 18/1 - 60 3rd Galia Des Liteaux 25/1 - 50 3rd Aint That A Shame 50/1 - 50 3rd Chambard 66/1 - 50 3rd Noble Yeats 16/1 - 50 (FYI 4th Vanillier & Mac Tottie 45, 5th Nassalam, Limerick Lace, Run Wild Fred 40. 6th Latenightpass, Minella Indo & Eklat De Rire 35) I kind of feel disappointed that only one horse i like got into the top here. It does contain 2 previous winners of the race and after doing the system, i will conceed that Corach Rambler has a massive chance to follow up here, however we all saw the effort he put in at Cheltenham, it blew me away and it was well reported exactly how tired he was after the race. That worries me as it wasnt that long ago, althougth everything points to another very good run. He has been given a big chance at the weights here, as a lot of you know i am very into the weights carried in this race and at the bottom i will name 4 horses who i would not touch and one of them i actually really liked unti
