Top Tips 24/7/13

Mars

Firstly i want to apologise. I have gone through many races over and over and i cannot find a nice big e/w value bet - at the moment. I will find one and pass it on to you. But here are my short ones

3:15 Bath - Speed Steed 6/4 (nap)

Fitted with a visor last time out, which did wonder's and he won by 3L. Up 6lb but as long as reproduces that form, will be hard to beat in this class

3:40 Sandown - Sadiq 6/5

Only been put up 6lb for an 11L victory last time out. Shouldn't be hard to take this. Half Brother to Staff Sergeant andwas Gelded before running well at Sandown, and since then has kept improving. Ducab is a worry, as handicap deebut, but so much more to come from Sadiq

7:20 Leopardstown - Mars 8/13

I had to include Mars, as i hold him in high regard. Personally think he needs further and Joseph O'Brien a on board worries me most. But dare i say it, this should be a walk in the park for Mars

7:50 Doncaster - Shesastar 11/2 e/w - £44.38

Bit of a risky bet, i have gone through this race in a bit of detail, and it's very tough. Firstly Tussie Mussie looks to be better at 1m. Hidden Belief will need to improve quite  markedly to take this. Batgirl is interesting but is another that will need to improve to take this. Available could go well and at 12/1 a place could be calling. Supernova Heights is a horse i have liked and thought had a little potential and even though this is a drop in class, i think she might be suited by an extra furlong. Piddies Power hasn't won over 7f, and i can't see it happening today.

So that leaves 3 horse Dutch Rose, Elle Woods and Shesastar. Dutch Rose is 4/4 over this distance and even giving weight all round, i think she can go very well again. Not sure she will be out the places. In fact i would have her as the winner, if she wasn't giving so much weight to Shesastar. in fact a whole 14lb difference in the weights. Elle Woods is the favourite here, and she beat Shesastar by 2L 2 races ago. She is on course for a hat trick, but i wise old person once said, a winning streak has to end sometime. And i am pretty sure it will be today. Since Shesastar and Elle Woods raced, EW has gone up 11lb in the Handicap, whilst Shesastar has dropped 2lb. Also that day there was quite a big weight difference. Shesastar shouldering 9st 12lb whilst EW only 9st 2lb. Today is totally different in fact if you add it all together with the difference of the handicap. Elle Wood is carrying an extra 14lb since that race, whilst Shesastar is carrying 14lb less. For me Shesastar can easily reverse the form. I am just worried about Dutch Rose 6/1.

£40 stakes - £44.38 profit = £4.38 proft
