Todays Nap

5:40 Beverley - Red Roar 10/1 e/w

Possibly a risky Nap, but i feel quite confident of this one.

Been out of sorts recently, but i think that could be the ground. As although she has won on soft, her best has come on good ground. C&D stats are 7, 1, 3, 1, 2, 1.  She is 4lb lower than her last win and carrying 2lb less in the weights. Also i noticed that ALL her wins have come on right handed tracks, in fact her best form is on right tracks in general, only time she hasn't gone well right handed is on heavy ground, so i think that can be forgiven.

Might be a little quick tomorrow, but with rain forecast, that's good. Drawn 2 which is great, and at 10/1 i am very confident of a place if not a win. Of the opposition Chosen One is the favourite, but 8 of his 11 wins have come on left handed courses, and although drawn stall 1, i still think the direction is not in this one's favour. Plus the fact that he is 4lb higher in the handicap, and carrying 9lb more in the weights. In total he is 12lb higher than when he notched up his first win of the 3. He has a lot to do tomorrow.

Indian Trail will love the ground, but will need to improve a bit to be there at the end. 13 Years old now, so he will not have too much improvement left.

Diamond Blue looks worrying, at 14/1 she probably has a e/w chance. She likes the track too, my only worry with her is the stall draw. Clubland has never won on turf and be surprised if he did tomorrow.
Baltic Bomber although back in Visors, will need to improve a lot to be there at the end.

Black Annis Bower was 3rd in her return, but it was in a lower class. She is well handicapped, but her wins have come on soft and heavy and has not performed well on this quicker surface.

Pavers Star is 4lb when 2nd by a short head. But is a C&D winner. Sharp Shoes is out of the weights, and hasn't won for 2 years. Although might go well fresh.

And a mention about a couple of my other choices. Turban is ridden by Ruby Walsh, and it's his only ride tomorrow. This horse has to be worth it. And looks very good.

Fred Bojangles stats over C&D is 1, 5, 2, 3, 2, 1/ 3lb lower in handicap than last win here. And that was on unsuitable ground. At 11/1 i like his e/w chances
