Firstly before i talk about my nap, the 2 horses marked * are one's i have tried a new system. Shea was on my shortlist anyway but, it comes up on my new system

With my nap, her yard is in form, and although she hasn't run since her win in October, i think she can take this. Her last race the 2 horses that came 2nd and 3rd have gone on to win 6 races between them. She is only up 2lb in the handicap and will improve.

and on the others Ghurair had his win franked yesterday with a cracking win by my nap Improvisation. He has also beaten Havana Gold and Dundonnell, both horse i rate very highly indeed. Bit short but i am positive he will win.

Tara Rose is 14lb better off in the weights since narrowly being defeated by Violin Davies 2 runs ago and should reverse that today

  1st Corach Rambler 11/2 - 85 2nd Delta Work 18/1 - 60 3rd Galia Des Liteaux 25/1 - 50 3rd Aint That A Shame 50/1 - 50 3rd Chambard 66/1 - 50 3rd Noble Yeats 16/1 - 50 (FYI 4th Vanillier & Mac Tottie 45, 5th Nassalam, Limerick Lace, Run Wild Fred 40. 6th Latenightpass, Minella Indo & Eklat De Rire 35) I kind of feel disappointed that only one horse i like got into the top here. It does contain 2 previous winners of the race and after doing the system, i will conceed that Corach Rambler has a massive chance to follow up here, however we all saw the effort he put in at Cheltenham, it blew me away and it was well reported exactly how tired he was after the race. That worries me as it wasnt that long ago, althougth everything points to another very good run.
