Caught my eye when 2nd to Relax, although he was no competition to Relax, he ran very well and is in great form. No penalty for his 2nd place either so he comes here today with every chance. Conditions will suit well.



Broxbourne looks good to win for a 5th time

Yes Broxbourne is running again and looks like Mark Johnston has found a very suitable race to make it 5 wins in a row. Just got home over 2miles, i thought it did stretch her, but she did well to hold on. Bringing her down in distance and up in class this time. She will be more effective at this distance in this step up in class. My only worry really would be Tingo In The Tale who was only 4l behind her a couple of runs ago, and Broxbourne. Last time there Tingo In The Tale was 6lb better off, now he is 10lb. But i think Broxbourne has improved a lot since then.

It does contain 2 previous winners of the race and after doing the system, i will conceed that Corach Rambler has a massive chance to follow up here, however we all saw the effort he put in at Cheltenham, it blew me away and it was well reported exactly how tired he was after the race. That worries me as it wasnt that long ago, althougth everything points to another very good run. He has been given a big chance at the weights here, as a lot of you know i am very into the weights carried in this race and at the bottom i will name 4 horses who i would not touch and one of them i actually really liked unti
