England V's Ireland 10/2/13

The Novice Tipster does not normally do the rugby, but today we did. Here is a view of one of the guys and maybe this might become a more regular feature - let us know what you think

Despite the weather i can see a potentially high scoring game between Ireland and England. Ireland conceded 13 pens last week England 6. the fact that Ireland were only pushed for 1 half and England weren't really tested at all combined with the conditions suggests that the penalty count today could easily reach 15-20 per team( wasps played in better conditions last night and still conceded 8 binding penalties at the scrum). Now assuming that 10 of these pens per team are kick-able and Sexton and Farrell kick at only 70%(below their averages) that's 42 points right there.its also been more than 30 years since a game without a try being scored and i really cant see that changing today. O'Driscoll and Zebo looked dangerous for Ireland last week as Twelvetrees and Brown did for England but the Battle up front will be immense, and i can see a real war of attrition between the front rows and lots of penalties there. Also at the breakdown just between Haskell and O'Brian should be good for many a pen!! So im expecting a few tries and lots of penalties, however, if the tries DON'T come then the best value bet i can see is the draw at 16-1(bet 365) because the way Sexton and Farrell have been kicking lately they could go kick for kick all day. HOWEVER looking at the betting and the benches of the two teams the double results are interesting. Ireland @ht England @ft 13/2 and Tie @ht England @ft 16/1 could be the way to go with the England bench packed with power and impact.

Whatever the result this will be a classic i feel and will leave only one team dreaming of a Grand Slam

Good Luck
