The Absent Mare has decent claims today at a good price

Sorry not much that jumps out for me today.

1:00 Lingfield - The Absent Mare 8/1 e/w
6:55 Kempton - Menadati 8/1 e/w

Also i was asked to look at the 12:00 at Lingfield, at a horse called Miakora, as i had tipped her in the past. I really cannot see the favourite being beaten Pharoah Jake, however Miakora at 16/1 could have decent place claims. She has certainly improved the later half of this year. My worry is now she is in the grip of the hnadicapper and has too much weight. Saying that, she was only beaten about 2 and a half lengths last time out. The stats i have show her as having very strong claims.
I have looked at her previous race and although it was lost, it looked like the jockey pulled on her reins before the line, so i do not know if she was short of room, but he certainly stopped riding.
Draw is not great today, but she races handy and could possibly defy that and get closer to the rails. I personally will have a tiny amount e/w on her, but i wont be putting my house on her.

  1st Corach Rambler 11/2 - 85 2nd Delta Work 18/1 - 60 3rd Galia Des Liteaux 25/1 - 50 3rd Aint That A Shame 50/1 - 50 3rd Chambard 66/1 - 50 3rd Noble Yeats 16/1 - 50 (FYI 4th Vanillier & Mac Tottie 45, 5th Nassalam, Limerick Lace, Run Wild Fred 40. 6th Latenightpass, Minella Indo & Eklat De Rire 35) I kind of feel disappointed that only one horse i like got into the top here. It does contain 2 previous winners of the race and after doing the system, i will conceed that Corach Rambler has a massive chance to follow up here, however we all saw the effort he put in at Cheltenham, it blew me away and it was well reported exactly how tired he was after the race. That worries me as it wasnt that long ago, althougth everything points to another very good run.
