Todays Market Mover
3:55 Lingfield - Curl 5/1 into 3/1
Not much movement in the markets at the moment, only 2 stood out, which was Curl and Rex Imperator 9/1 into 5/1 (2:00 York) I decided to go with Curl, because i think the horse has the greater chance of winning. My reason for leaving out Rex Imperator is only because i think there are a few horses in his race that have a chance. Including my own top tip La Toreader. I did check and trainer Roger Charlton says he has a good chance, just concerned drawn high and might not be any pace that side.
So i have gone with Curl - obviously very good connections to start with, who are in form. Not much form on the horses in the race, but Curl's 3rd on Good to Firm over 6f is solid. Her last race was on Good to Soft ground and looking at the race, i think the step up to 7 furlongs suited, but possibly the ground didn't, i think she needs it to be firmer than it was, which she will get today. Spithead is her main danger here, however i thought Spithead may need a little juice in the ground, I think Curl should have everything in her favaour today, and will take some beating. And Handicap debut today.
