Beverley juvenile winner struggled in the closing stages of his 10f comeback race at Newmarket, seeming unsuited by trip and the heavy going. Back to a mile and on fast going, he should be much more competitive now.

21:05 Catterick – Rock Of Monet SP
He has been in good form at home and hopefully he will be competitive here

Charlie Hills
15:45 Goodwood  - Perennial  5/1
It's an interesting race and it was obviously very disappointing the way he ran at Newmarket. He wasn't the only one of ours to run badly at the time and I hope he'll be able to put a line through that. His training has been going well and we're looking forward to getting him back on track. His two-year-old form is working out well as Aidan O'Brien's horse, Astrology, was behind him in the Autumn Stakes and he went out and won the Dee at Chester. He is still in the Derby, but he'd need to impress us in order to go there

Andrew Balding
15:45 Goodwood  – Expense Claim 15/8
I've been really pleased with his season so far and he's clearly an improving horse. There will be slightly different ground conditions here but he's very well and hopefully can take the step up in class. This is his target for the moment, and we'll see how he gets on. Obviously there are nice races in the autumn if he keeps improving

Konstantin has been working well and will be better suited by the return to turf.
16:55 Goodwood – Lady Rosamunde 7/4
Lady Rosamunde won in good style at Newbury and takes her chance here with no penalty, albeit in a higher grade of race

14:00 Goodwood – Emperor’s Daughter 7/2
Emperor's Daughter runs today at Goodwood 2.00 maiden with a good chance

Kim Bailey
19:55 Towcester – South Stack 11/2
Tonight South Stack heads to Towcester tonight 18lbs higher than when he won there with 7lb claimer Charlie Greene a month ago; he is well but it is a big ask to have improved that much.. we shall see.

  1st Corach Rambler 11/2 - 85 2nd Delta Work 18/1 - 60 3rd Galia Des Liteaux 25/1 - 50 3rd Aint That A Shame 50/1 - 50 3rd Chambard 66/1 - 50 3rd Noble Yeats 16/1 - 50 (FYI 4th Vanillier & Mac Tottie 45, 5th Nassalam, Limerick Lace, Run Wild Fred 40. 6th Latenightpass, Minella Indo & Eklat De Rire 35) I kind of feel disappointed that only one horse i like got into the top here. It does contain 2 previous winners of the race and after doing the system, i will conceed that Corach Rambler has a massive chance to follow up here, however we all saw the effort he put in at Cheltenham, it blew me away and it was well reported exactly how tired he was after the race. That worries me as it wasnt that long ago, althougth everything points to another very good run. He has been given a big chance at the weights here, as a lot of you know i am very into the weights carried in this race and at the bottom i will name 4 horses who i would not touch and one of them i actually really liked unti
