Aachen is getting on now, and this could be a hard task. However he is starting to slip back down the handicap and today he is getting the one thing he seems to love above all else, and that is heavy bone weary ground. Last time he encountered heavy ground was over a year ago where he was beaten a neck by the gallant Soll. His stats on heavy are 1, 1, 1, 2. He is also 5 wins from 7 when running in February. This is probably his easiest assignment since 201, but the P's are too many.

Belmount is a C&D winner and the ground shouldn't be an issue either. He should run well.

Goodtoknow is trained by Kerry Lee so we know the distance and the going will not worry him. He is justified favourite and he has obvious claims.

Mountainous loves a slog, but like Aachen he is getting a bit long in the tooth, however on older form he has claims.

Streets Of Promise will love the going and he is been in brilliant form lately, expect a big run.

I am sticking to my system but i can certainly see at least 2 of these filling the top 3 spots.

It does contain 2 previous winners of the race and after doing the system, i will conceed that Corach Rambler has a massive chance to follow up here, however we all saw the effort he put in at Cheltenham, it blew me away and it was well reported exactly how tired he was after the race. That worries me as it wasnt that long ago, althougth everything points to another very good run.
