Fake Tipsters

Just posting this on the blog for people who do not have Facebook - you are welcome to ask me, i know some good decent tipsters and i know some bad ones too. If you are looking at paying for tips - or you can get them here for free

********PLEASE READ - VERY IMPORTANT**********

I was sent a message today from a friend that made me want to post it to you. Unfortunately it is very common in this industry, i know of one person myself who i thought a friend and wanted to charge £25 a month to people and tipping. He said he was a professional gambler, and in someways he was. But he certainly didn't make a profit, in fact he often had days off because he couldn't afford to bet as he had lost so much money.

Now he fancied himself a professional tipster and charged people for tips. I was sent the tips he was sending out, and these tips were copy and pasted from a reputable tipster who gave his out for free. He hadn't even bothered to correct the spelling mistakes on the free tips given to him.

This is what we deal with everyday, and it has to stop. People getting ripped off by greedy individuals. All my tips are on display for anyone to see, you can see how well i am doing. Those that hide it, have something to hide. Please remember that and beware, do not part with your money because no matter how good these people claim to be, normally they are not, maybe just lucky sometimes.

Looking for a winner can take hours. in fact it's 12:30pm now and i am about to start on tomorrows racing. My tips will be finished late tonight. These people do not put in hours. Anyway please read this message it's eye opening:

"Not often i get my soapbox out but over the last week i've been inundated with post's about Martin Bishop Racing who is advised as a pro gambler with horses in training in all codes and gives out reliable stable/owner info for a nominal fee of £24-99 per week,
I did look at his website and Facebook page and it looked fishy to me,A few people i know have been sending me his selections over the last week and while he's hit a few winners the staking plan and scatterbrained approach to gambling will send anyone who uses this service to the poor house in a very short space of time,
So...I asked Mr.Bishop(Or Simon Elliot/Pro-Gambler)for a record of his 12 months P/L and who proofs his tips record so i know it's not just another scam,
This post was removed so i thought i'd do some digging,Turns out our pro gambler has no horses currently in training and hasn't has since 2008 when he part owned 1 horse who was winless(Much like his service) and if you type his name into Google you will soon see what a Charlatan this man is..Horror story after horror story of a man who preys on the gullible,Naive and desperate who used to lift tips from other tipsters(Who BTW we're also non-profitable to follow)for £5 a week and sell them on as his own for 5 times the price,
Feel free to explore the internet and the only stories about him that'll find find with a positive spin are written by his own hand,So in summary this man is now trawling FB and spamming all and sundry to take a free trial of his services and i'd suggest anyone considering using a tipster requests at least 6 or 12 months of past betting with a full profit/Loss statement which any geniune tipster will happily provide as they want your business and as someone who knows many in person who are honest,Genuine and very hard working most of whom contribute back into racing
All my racing friends i'd ask that you copy/Paste this message and post to as many racing pages/Groups as possible as it's parasites like Martin Bishop who give racing a terrible image as a place full of low down dirty thieving con-men who bottom feed off the grass roots of our sport and ruin what should be a fun pastime for many who will in the future be the bread and butter fans who keep racing as the sport of choice for many generations to come if they learn to avoid him"
