After our pick yesterday was withdrawn, i am hoping todays one will not. But within about a hour the price of this horse has been slashed.
16:55 Curragh - Takeitfromalady 16/1 into 8/1 e/w
The ground is currently Soft - Heavy at the moment, which is ideal for this gelding. All 3 of his wins have come on soft or heavy ground over todays distance. The stable say this horse is "thriving" and to take him to the Curragh must mean they fancy their chances.
The stable are in great form at the moment too, which is a good sign, also the last 3 winners of this race have come from high stall draws, and he is drawn 14 out of 18.
His biggest threat is O'Briens horse Learn, who has won on this ground too and being tried in higher company. and around 10/1i would be looking at both these horses getting in the frame
